Have you ever been on a motorway when the articulated lorry in front of you has one of its tires explode? And I mean explode.

Like suddenly your car is being hit by hundreds of shreds of a big, big tire and the lorry in front of you then veers off to the side of the autobahn. And as you go past, you can see the steel hub of the wheel and a few ribbons of rubber still there.

Happened to us on the way home today. Quite a scary thing and kudos to the driver who handled it so well.

Home to cats who seem happy we're here again. Munni has had a little nap in my lap and here's the Moooootster enjoying his little taste of grass.

Great to be home.
