Another beautiful day

Another beautiful day. I spent the morning …. Working on the business, so I then exercised late and was thus too busy to make it to a hike I had planned to go to where I would have met more strangers. 

But I used those hours gardening and then, tonight, continued working on the business. 

Check out the honeysuckle!! It took a few years but I have quite a few honeysuckle blooms. 

A Ukrainian naval drone named Madura DESTROYED a Russian Su-fighter jet. This is one of the expensive ones, valued at $50 million. Does Guinness Book of World Records cover war? It is supposed to be the world’s first recorded destruction of a combat aircraft by a naval drone.

Last year Ukraine made history by destroying a Russian helicopter with a naval drone. That drone had a R-73 “SeeDragon” missile. Nice name! It was the very last day of 2024. Ukraine posted a video with the Carol of the Bells playing and at the end the text, “Happy New 2025.” 

Twelve Russian soldiers fled their positions in Kherson dressed in civilian clothing. This is according to Russia. 

The UK invited Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen to the Victory Day military parade and supposedly Russia is outraged.
