A busy day.

This is Bruce, eldest son, fitting the windows in my new summerhouse.
We’ve worked non-stop all day. Just some bits and pieces left to complete.
My day started badly. I clipped a verge on a corner with the car. There was a stone amongst the grass that tore and punctured two tyres! So I was a bit stuck. Thankfully a driver stopped to help. He was so kind. There was no way I was getting the wheel nuts off, so I was very happy to see him. We changed the front one with the spare, but of course, we only carry one spare wheel, if that. So I drove home with a flat tyre :-0. It was less than a mile and the tyre was ruined in any case.
So Geordie didn’t get his walk and I need to buy two new tyres and get them fitted.
But seeing Bruce was so good and he did a fantastic job with the summerhouse. So my day turned out really great.
