Stripes?

I was in the kitchen this morning juicing oranges at the window. I looked down at what I was wearing - I was sure I didn’t have a striped tee shirt.

Gordon has driven down from Aviemore today and of course arrived in Carlisle in time for the football . . . of course he did. He may get here eventually.

Meanwhile Joanne took part in Hydrox the ‘Ultimate Fitness Contest’ at Olympia. 8 km running plus 8 ‘stations’ where they had to complete astonishing feats of strength such as the extra - pulling a heavy weight. (She’s in the black in the middle.) If only I had a fraction of her muscle strength! But you don’t develop much if you sit in the sunshine and read.
