Memories

I intended sorting a box with my personal things today but didn't get very far!  Letters that I wrote to my parents on my first overseas trip, and from various places where I worked, plus certificates, high school testimonials, and so much more. This photograph is of my late father when still at school in the rugby team, dated 1929! He is in the middle of the back row. How can one part with these things! My son would love this, so back in the box and the box will go to our next home!!
I didn't take any other photos today - it was a miserable day with strong winds and cold. Our golf was cancelled because of the weather. I had to go into the town this afternoon but came home as soon as I could.
Hubby T hasn't been too well today, my sister has shingles in her eye, my friend's husband was rushed to hospital,...what is happening!! I am so thankful for my good health.
