La hills shores panorama

Wife at solana beach for her 2 day stint in LA. Arrived at 8am in time for her 8:16 train. Sat eating our Starbucks breakfast and I jokingly say the approaching train is hers (10 min early) and that she needs to rush to catch it. She proudly gets out her ticket to show me the time of the train - arriving in Burbank at 8:16am (leaving solana 6:00 am)......

She got the next train at 9. So all was well in the end.

Pretty relaxed day at work which was nice. Undergrad did her work single handedly and it all worked pretty much so that was great.

Took babe for a walk along la jolla shores this eve as a treat for being neglected most of the weekend and today. She enjoyed rounding up the birds. Sadly not much sunshine around today as the may gray/June gloom has turned August in Faugust.
