I caught the train(s) up to Birmingham on Monday in advance of a Culture of Care "National Learning Session" being held at Edgbaston Stadium on Tuesday. We gathered as a team the evening before the event; it was wonderful to meet (in person) so many people that I've communicated and worked with (remotely) for more than 18 months.
