BREAKFAST ON THE PLANE

Backblipping from Tuesday

This was breakfast on the plane served at about 7.15am.  None of us had slept much so we were feeling weary.  Plane landed at Heathrow at around 8.10am.

After getting through security etc and picking up our suitcases we got a shuttle bus to the car park near the Premier Inn where Mikes car was parked.  Then we began the long journey North.  Stopped off at Mikes Mam and Dad's in Leicestershire again for coffee and biscuits then carried on to Northallerton.  Had a bit of a rest there before Mike drove up to my house to drop me off... then he headed back to Northallerton. He must have been exhausted when he got back home.  I know I was and I was just a passenger.

Tino and Lily were pleased to see me.  The cat ladies had left notes from every day they had visited and all seems to have gone well.  Apart from them only seeing Lily a couple of times fleetingly.  There were photos of Tino on their Facebook page every day so I knew he was OK.

No unpacking ... or much else done today  - as I was too tired.  Had a lovely time but I think I was ready to get back home.
