Azalea in the garden

Scunnered. Little sleep due to pain. Saw JMAPS physio this PM. Will be approx 6-8 weeks to be seen by next person up the chain who may or may not recommend a cortisone injection. No real diagnosis apart from “mild” arthritis in knees. To keep doing the exercises and walking which she says won’t make it worse. (Though it has got worse daily and the 6 miles a day in Vienna set it off). Have requested painkillers but need to speak to GP.

It’s been such a sunny hot day. Would have been so nice to get up a hill and get some air.

Poor Nathaniel wasn’t lucky in the draw for a place on ski trip. He’s gutted.

Mr C and I are getting the metro over to a cinema in Gateshead tonight for a mountain film festival. I’ll not be a good advert for mountain fitness.
