A morning with some
eagles is not a bad thing!
I watch them in awe!

I was out the door just before 6 and heading for the bridge and Mission Flats. We have some cloud this morning so I know I will get some moody photos. 

As I approach the end of the road I begin scouting the trees for eagles. There were none to be found so I drove on to the end to discover two mature bald eagles perched on power poles. They sat scanning the river and the shore line. They talked to each other. I caught them looking into the morning sun. 

I turned towards home to take some river views along the way. The light is mystical this morning. 

I'm looking forward to a visit with a friend this afternoon. Otherwise, I'm hoping for quiet time at home.
