Bee in anemone

This plant is proving to be very useful to me in blip content, this is the third time I’ve used it but more importantly, it was useful to this little bee who had been taking shelter from the rain this morning. I watched it moving about, changing angles to dry off it’s wings, it may have also got some sustenance from the flower before it flew off into the distance which was great to see.
I’ve had a day at home today after my busy few days away. A loaf of bread baked in the breadmaker and mushroom and spinach soup for lunch, treacle scones this afternoon and now I’d better get on with dinner. Three days of eating out renews my love of home cooking!
