An important trickle

This is not one of the twelve hot springs that provide water for the thermal spar and the wash house. It is freshwater and the only spring in the village where you can fill up your water bottles with pure mountain spring water. This morning I woke to the sound of rain and an hour later had the call to tell me that today's tournament was cancelled. I was not too disappointed as my legs were sore from yesterday's exertions so I would not have been at my best. Instead I made some butternut soup. Needless to say, I had a nap in the afternoon before going to church to do some printing and attend bell ringing practice.
