Pollock Country Park

We are killing two birds with one stone on our four-day trip away. The electric car needs an annual service and Nick has a medical appointment. We decided that we could have an added complication to our mini-break and take the motorhome away too, so that we could remind ourselves of how everything works, in advance of our holiday with it during most of May. Of course Bertie came along too, and having dropped off the car at the garage, we decided to go to Pollok Country Park to give him a good bit of exercise. We had a lovely walk along the White Cart Water, where I took this blip of Pollock House Bridge, then wandered round Pollock House Gardens which clearly must have looked beautiful in their heyday. 
After a successful hospital appointment we managed to find our way back to Linwood to pick up the car (which had also had a successful service) and returned to our peaceful camping pitch to relax after all our experiences on roads much busier than we are used to,  and enjoy the beautiful sunny evening.
