How mistakes happen

Leo: - "how much longer do i have to wait ? i could have caught my own supper."

 
I rang my hairdresser this morning wondering why she had not sent her usual text reminder  then the salon discovered there were two of us with the same name.

That was a harmless mistake. M  once received  the wrong prescription because there is another man in the area with the same name. It  was for a major anti-psychotic drug .
