mr s went off to spend money and we made homemade wrapping paper which i hope the birthday boy didnt think we found in the bin.

carpetbiter1 went riding, carpetbiter2 went to a party and i went to the lighthouse to see a design exhbition. i completely enjoyed myself. these signs are both part of the exhbition and a new part of the lighthouse.

i scooped up carpetbiter2, we bought cakes and ate them with english j and wee f - without their dog which was a relief because it took a shine to me last time we met. we played football in the street and went out to eat pizza while carpetbiter1 calmed down after bashing her brother in the car and carpetbiter2 bounced around in manic exhaustion. i think j and f were exhausted just looking at us.
