Alepher in Sonda

Alepher is our newly graduated nurse, with wide ranging responsibilities. Here she is greeting the local Chiefs in Sonda.
One of her duties is to visit each location in villages where transport is going, so if pumps are being installed, she goes as well. She talks to the women about issues, problems and needs, thus building a profile of the areas we serve.
On her return she addresses issues like health, and tries to match needs with services available.
She is a wonder girl at this. We are so proud of her and delighted with our investment in her education. She is fitting-in well to a very caring staff
