welcome back

Up early with the girls.

Met up with Louise and John for a coffee in Nyons. Got bread and a chocolate tart on the way home to have with lunch.

Did a bit more ironing (god, it dragged on and on...) and then read Matilda again on the sofa with Biz and Sarah. It is laugh-out-loud funny.

Carrie came to get the girls just after lunch and then I finally got my chores done!! They took Speedy with them so he now has a new home in Entrechaux :)

Home to Les Pilles to wait on Pierre coming :) Started to prepare tea when he arrived. Coquine wasn't as glad to see him as we'd expected. I don't think she knew what to make of it all.
