Digging!!

We had a lazy morning in the house today. The children had more fun in the garden. Mrs C and Mrs Z organised a fabulous treasure hunt and they had to hunt for various leaves, flowers, sticks etc. They loved it.
There was a little disagreement about who got to play Fire Star in their Spiderman game and there were a few tears but they soon made up and carried on.
Miss L gave us a fright when she opened the window in their attic bedroom and apparently was leaning out. I couldn't stop thinking about what might have happened.....
She's asleep in our bed at the moment as I can't trust her not to try and open the windows again. Telling her not to do something generally makes her want to do it more!
Next she tried to do forward rolls down the stairs and then Miss E swung on the towel rail in our bathroom and pulled it off the wall.
Oh dear!
I was a bit frazzled so a trip to the beach was just what I needed. More splashing, paddling, digging and sandcastle building!
