Good Friday.

Every Easter my cousin Susan up in Rawtenstall Lancashire, sends me a Palm Cross which they give out at the church on Palm Sunday. It was our home church, where we were regular members. and in which we were married,
St Mary’s Parish Church in the town centre.

The Easter egg is mine. Stephen buys me one each year!
I can hear my dear mum saying, “I’ll never be slim!” She loved all kinds of sweets!
I’m having a rest this afternoon after our usual morning walk.
It’s also raining outside.
That will do the garden good as it’s been very dry,
