A walk in Sutton Park.

The three ladies in this photo each had a heavy wheelchair in which were three adults with complex physical and special needs. And non verbal.
They were a very cheerful group and when we caught up with them I stopped to have a chat.
They worked in a facility which only catered for 5 adults at any one time. They are the day staff.
It was such a lovely morning for them all to be able to enjoy the sunshine and surroundings.
Since having lunch once we were back at home, I’ve been out here in the summerhouse reading, after planting one or two sunflower seeds into a very deep large pot filled with compost.
It was the pot which housed the Olive tree which Stephen has now transplanted into the garden border.
It is looking good after already having been in its new “home” for a week.
We have a pair of robins nesting in the climbing hydrangea on the porch wall.
They are very busy to and fro obviously feeding hungry offspring!
They’ve nested there before so I hope the fledglings will survive once they flee their sanctuary.
