Mountain day

After a couple of days of rain we spotted a weather window on the west side of Scotland. Headed off, not too early as the cloud was due to lift late morning.
We arrived at Glen Lochy in sunshine - perfect.
Our plan was 2 Munros - we managed the first, after a long walk in and a steep slog up to Creag Mhor. The second required a drop down and climb up - and then the walk out. Too much for me I’m afraid. So we made the wise decision to head on down and out.
It was a long day and still a grand day out. Great views around the westerly mountains and a touch of snow still on the ground.
