The Ispolen

A lovely, breezy day.  Went to check out Wednesday market.  Similar stalls to Saturday minus the fruit & veg stall.  Tesco is across from the market so got a few items.

Bought a spelt sourdough loaf and hot cross buns from one of the bakers.  The health food shop sells delicious hummus and a fairtrade plain chocolate which I duly purchased.

Took the hound for a walk along the seafront.  We encountered a big black ex-racing greyhound who had only been with the owners for 3 weeks.  

Read in the afternoon.  Had second dog walk in sunshine.  

Stubby's pizza for dinner.

A relaxing day.
