Roll With It

Doorstep Cheer

I’ve noticed that as I have reduced my volunteering commitments and freed up more time so I find more excuses not to do anything!
I could be busier, I receive WhatsApp messages, some with photos, pointing out what needs doing but coffee with Mrs S and/or Sam takes priority as does walking Paddy.
Bit late on but I’ve decided to try and lose some weight, with another health check looming tomorrow I guess it could be a subconscious need to look and feel better.
Didn’t stop me meeting David for our monthly get together though and enjoying a cheese & ham toastie with a couple of flat whites. Great way to spend a couple of hours with a good friend.

Long chat with Joshua who is in the U.K. but is on a rota deployed just far enough away to prevent travel to his home. Service Life!!

Always there to cheer me up is Mrs S, today’s photo is of her tulips growing on the path leading to the front door - Beautiful splash of colour.
