The day started off well. I walked down to get my hearing aids checked ( arrived 30 minutes early though) and then walked home via LM’s for coffee and a catch-up. It was chilly first thing but got warmer and we sat outside in the spring sunshine. Had some lunch when I got home and then quite quickly felt very nauseous and tired. Went upstairs to lie down and read my book and then fell asleep for two hours. Was fine when I woke up - very odd
