Surely that's a frown?

Nope- I didn't switch this picture upside down when I processed it - this is the unedited, straight out of the camera shot.

There are lots of these flags fluttering in the Edinburgh gales breeze as part of the Art Festival. Most of them say a cheery "Hello" and they do kinda make you smile. However, I think someone at the Apex Hotel at Waterloo Place was feeling a bit grumpy when they hoisted this particular petard the wrong way up - reminded me of the saying "a frown is just a smile upside down"?
