In a Flap

In a bit of a flap....over nothing really....and it's been going on all day; from dawn in fact!

The constant squabbles with the starlings over food are endless but there is plenty of food. I'm not asking them to diet - then again the amount of energy used in the barrage of abuse and fighting will be burning off the calories. The excitement mounted as I put out some more fat balls in the log and an insect suet cake filled coconut on the feeder - then the youngsters went completely into overdrive. Rather like giving kids chocolate and fizzy drinks!!
