Berwickshire Coast

This is my final trip back to Berwickshire before my move to Cumbrae. All the mixed emotions are flooding back.

This is taken at Cove looking towards Siccar Point with one of the Eyemouth Fishing Disaster memorials in the foreground.

I can't say that I will miss the 3 hour drive each way every weekend to visit the parentals on the opposite coastline, but I will miss the Berwickshire Coast, its stunning beaches, cliffs and walks.

I begin my final farewells tonight with a real lump in my throat. I know it's farewell and not goodbye but it's hard to leave my friends behind. I suddenly realise how much we have shared over the years. I knew no-one when I moved here and I have made some true soul mates.

As my house remains unsold, I will be returning with a place to stay. There are 2 viewers coming next week, so once again, fingers crossed!!

Perhaps my next move will be my last...
