Unwinding

A day of chores at home, continuing the clear up from last night, ironing while watching the West Ham game, while R did some decorating, and then a trip to the gym.
I ran another 8k on the treadmill today at quite a good pace, so things are improving there. I think I will enter the Hailsham 10k to give me something to work towards.
In the evening, ate the rest of the tagine and watched more episodes of This City Is Ours. And finished off the bubbly.
