Gathering

Before and after the dinner guests arrived….
We were able to sit outside for a short while before heading inside to eat the food R and I had spent much of the day preparing.
J&S from NZ are now here in the UK, having arrived two days ago, and their and our village friends were here to meet them.
All seemed happy with the food and company.
