Reflections

It's kind of what Blip is all about.  Reflections on our days, our lives, the bigger picture.   Where I live, as the sun goes down behind my house, there can be reflected sunlight to light up my front garden, by that time of day deep in shade.   Tonight these narrow beams caught a few flowers just as I was returning home.   The pulsatillas and in extra pics, a dwarf bearded iris.  Beautiful.

An early start by my standards saw me out with C and the Megs just as the day began to brighten up - second extra pic.  A lovely way to start the day.   From there to Jamie's for a pancake brunch and a good catch up.   Mid afternoon I dropped in to pottery - sort of on my way home - where I found a fellow potter at work glazing and joined them for a while.  Three pieces I have been working on ready for firing and more progress on the clock case.

Time for tea by the time I got home, eight hours after I left this morning.   A quiet evening in and an early night I think.
