Edinburgh
Back to Edinburgh again. There was no real reason to go, I thought the blossom would be out at the meadows given the sun but I forget that Edinburgh (mostly) had that horrible cold easterly wind off the sea! And although it was warm here when we left , an hour eastwards you are chilled with that wind (well I am cos I didn’t dress appropriately, I didn’t wear my cosy coat).
Never mind we marched the 20 mins from the tram from Princes Street to Cameron’s place and met him in the same place we had our breakfast last week. We had a great chat again. I also brought up some family history stories which he was interested in and also some old pictures.
He moves flats on 24 May, into one two streets along and two lads from his flat in the halls are already there so they asked him to join them.
We had a walk later, said goodbye as he had his baseball club and we went for another coffee.
Tram back to the park and ride and then home by 2:30. Sat in the garden with a cuppa.
A good day
