St Michael's Mount at Sunrise

I woke early to a cloudy dawn but thought that I ought to at least go to see whether the sun was doing anything special. I'm so glad I did - the pre-sunrise colours were spectacular! As I stood there admiring, the colours began to fade and the first drops of rain fell. It was a grey and drizzly crossing to St Mary's but, thankfully, it was calm. Now happily settled in our accommodation and ready to enjoy some relaxation time with my friends.

Thanks very much for everything for yesterday's 'Scillonian'!
