Pear blossom

A garden blip. Technically this pear tree is in next door’s garden, but at least half of it overhangs the wall.

I have been really careful after being told not to lift anything heavy until 6-8 weeks post op. Yesterday was the 6 weeks, so I carefully did a little more in the garden today. Cut back various things, cleaned some leaves out of the water feature, pulled some weeds out of the back and cleared some small pots. The compost from the pots has mulched where I weeded. All good, but rather than emptying the larger tubs, I decided that it was sensible to take it steady.
