Sourdough loaf

Went with J&S to Rye for lunch with A&S. Lovely lunch and met an old school friend of S who seems to have had an interesting life, much of it recently in France. Had to take my sourdough prep kit with me as otherwise the timing would have been out. Baked it whilst there and it looked pretty good. Ate some when we got back.
It was warm and sunny in Rye but back here the chill wind was still blowing.
