Although I generally don't enjoy shopping, I love shopping at the annual Spring Foreign Book Sale at Books Kinokuniya. Here is last year's haul. A few repeating names; Neil Gaiman, David Mitchell, Stephen King and Yuval Noah Harari. A couple more reliable names; Arthur C. Clarke and Neal Stephenson. One from my youth that possibly sparked my interest in Japan; Shogun. One book that has been on my radar for some time; Babel. A couple of authors who have been on my radar for some time; George R. R. Martin and China Mieville, and a few other books that seem interesting. Should keep me going until next Spring, even if I do read around the clock.
