You have 7 days to report your colleagues…

… for perceived religious discrimination, particularly against Christianity.

That’s the text of an email sent to all employees of the State Department (our foreign affairs department, aka diplomats). And they have until April 18 to report (denounce?) their own colleagues and are encouraged to do so anonymously…

Examples of what they are looking for by way of “anti-Christian weaponization of government” include: mistreatment for opposing displays of Pride flags, banners or other paraphernalia at US Embassies and use of preferred personal pronouns.

I know the reference to Handmaids Tales seems obvious, but more to the point, this is directly out of Putin and his other lackey Orban’s playbook.

Once again, this is an appeal to the basest of human instincts by the worst of human kind. I really want to wake up and find out this is just a horrible nightmare….
