Flower Friday - Blooming Daffodil

The weekly grocery shop was brought forward by a day, as I’m going up to London with my sister on Saturday. The Easter egg section of Sainsbury’s was starting to get busy while I was there. I picked out a bunch of daffodils, one of which has already opened in the warmth of my lounge (see blip). I also got petrol, and noticed a bank card on the floor while filling up at the pump so took that in to the cashier for her to register on their system in the hope that someone will claim it.

Back at home, the Wren designer called me back about my change of plan for the fitted wardrobes, moving them to a different wall in the main bedroom. I was able to describe the changes over the phone, and he has issued a new 3D render and floor plan which I’m pleased with. I’ve also added drawer units at the bottom of each cupboard, so the floor-to-ceiling space will now be used to its maximum for storage.

It’s been lovely and warm outside today, and I enjoyed a walk in the sunshine for a while. A good day.
