Craigmillar Castle

A lot brighter this morning, sunshine. Another cool start, but today the temperature is set be 19degC. Had to show another garden services company around with the view to get a quote for the communal areas. Then a quick walk around the park. The light is very bright, so photos have a lot of contrast. No need for a jacket today. Lovely, even though there is a strong westerly breeze. No cold wind off the North Sea today.

After work a walk up the Braid Hills. Still very breezy, and very evident standing on the top of the hill. Unfortunately very hazy. Blip shows Craigmillar Castle. A medieval castle that became a ruin during the 18th Century. A short history can be viewed at Wikipedia. Nice walk in the sunshine.
