All yellow

Mostly I was at work. The day was glorious, but I do get a lot of work done in the dark office. One of my colleagues came in late (she’d forgotten to tell us) and announced her imminent retirement. It has been coming for some time.

Caught the bus home, taking the scenic route. The light was glorious, and I loved the sight of the woman in the yellow hat passing the yellow house. The driver didn’t clip my ticket either: he let me have a free trip!
