Pip

We're having a whistle stop tour of Yorkshire before heading to London for a few days for P's birthday.  The weather has been cracking and we had a really beautiful drive down through the borders and the dales.  First stop were pals A and R whic we have failed to see for various reasons on the last couple of trips.  We spent a good couple of hours catchng up, having lunch and some very good pastries from their local pub landlord / pastry chef.

Then on to mum and dads where we ummed and ahhed about the evening visit.  We finally got in the car again to head to Cullingowrth for a chippy tea and to doorstep J and K who are terrible at answering messages on their phone.  They were rally pleased to see us though and we them, and again much catching up was had as well as an introduction to their new doggos.  Blip is Pip (who we've met before) sleeping behind us on the sofa. 

Also good to see mum and dad and look to the lego Tudor House in person!  More visits tomorrow.
