Dog Tired

Tuesday came and went without much fanfare. Most of the family is relaxing into their holidays, and the roads have been mercifully quiet without the school runs. The weather was perfect again, and my morning-only shift at work remained strangely calm. I have no complaints!

When I got home in the early afternoon, I caught up on a few writing and photography projects. Daisy was curled up in the garden, asleep in a sunny spot. In black and white, this flat-lay photo had an interesting abstract look.
