A walk on the wild side

I liked the shadows in this woodland scene where the shadows seem more real than the trees. (M is just visible in the distance).
 
We live in an era where folk frequently struggle to distinguish between truth and fiction, because social media blurs the differences with the result that they  often favour fiction over fact, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Think Covid deniers.
