A grand ride out...

...along the river to the Cycle Hub in Newcastle...

The main is Roy on the trail in Wallsend near the start of our ride, and the view along the Tyne from the Hub.

The extras are a couple of sculptures on the way, and me and my bike getting ready to leave the Hub after coffee and a sausage butty.

It's a ride of about 20 miles altogether - longer than we've done for a while, and with no e-assist on the hills ;)
