Cherry blossoms
Tommy left this morning to fly back to Munich, so he was up early. It was another beautiful sunny day with blue skies but that cold sneaky wind is still around.
I had a few errands to do today so stopped en route to photograph these beautiful cherry blossoms - this is an old tree and the blossoms look nearly white with just a hint of pink, whereas others around here are bright pink. It was tricky photographing these in the wind as they blow about all the time.
In this good weather Xena had two walks today, the woods are dry so it's easy to walk there again.
Tonight we have our annual wildlife photography competition at our camera club -it's a zoom meeting which makes it convenient. We have some very strong wildlife photographers in our club, we are known for it, so I am looking forward to seeing some excellent images tonight.
