Birthday
Sunnier today but still a cold air.
Started off getting the traditional breakfast ready for the birthday boy. Coco pops in an oversized bowl! Then more church admin. Later on some work in the greenhouse before birthday dinner and cake.
I made some starters of smoked trout with apple, radish, pepper, tomatoe and some spring onion in a dressing. Then the traditional breaded chicken made by my wife along with her chocolate ganache cake. Evening rounded off with more episodes of the very entertaining “The Residence”. We’ve left the final episode for another night!
