Say 'Cheese'

There can't be many people who aren't partial to a little bit of cheese, and there are so many varieties there is usually something for everyone.  You can have hard or soft cheese, fresh or mature, blue or goaty, smelly or bland.  I like most cheeses but my personal preference is for the soft and smelly ones.  My favourite is a French one which I am only allowed to have in the house on the condition I store it in a sealed airtight box which I can only open when I am alone in the room and all the windows are open.

This one definitely falls into the 'bland' category and there can't be many of us who haven't tried it.  It's the one you used to put on a Ryvita when you were a student, top with half a gherkin and a sliced olive and think you were sophisticated.  But for all that, this cheese does have one totally unique feature that is not shared with any other cheese in the world.

It is the only cheese that is made backwards.
