Wyld Sauna Experience

I had a trip to Liverpool with the swim girls today...and it was a great day. We had booked into the Wyld Sauna, it is a floating sauna with ice baths, cold tubs and showers where you use salt scrubs. We went from cold tubs to the sauna then a swim in the dock. The sun was glorious and the whole experience was invigorating. We went from hot to cold, hot to cold over an hour. It had only cost ten pounds each and we certainly had our moneys worth. After a refreshing salt scrub shower we left and had a bite for lunch in the sunshine. 

The Helios exhibition is in Liverpool Cathedral and so we went along to see it. A seven metre wide sun hangs from the roof and you can lie on large cushions and just enjoy. Of course we had to nip in the cathedral cafe for tea and cake before heading back home. 

It was such a lovely day and I can recommend the sauna experience....we felt amazing after it.
