Iceland - Day 2

After a mixed sleep due to wind and rain lashing the windows, the storm seemed to have blown itself out, which was good news. A nice breakfast - hot and cold options and good coffee. Out for the Golden Circle Day. Some sunshine on and off. First stop after driving back to Selfoss was Kerid crater, then Thingvellir, where this picture was taken where the Axe river drains onto the plains, back to Efstidalur for some very nice ice cream and met up with another FST for the first time: Ian. Next up was Geysir and then Gullfoss and then back up and over the hills to the accommodation for a nice meal and a few glasses of Gull while writing.
