The door is.locked just you and me

Today I managed to get lost in the office. 

My office is nestled inside a massive industrial unit.  I worked there before for six months on a temporary contract ... But at that time  it was all one company.  

That company is now broken up and a room which once held about forty staff working on sales / purchasing and finance has been split into little spaces where small companies can take space.

My company has a separate office space. Plenty big for all 10 of us 

The loo and the kitchen are 200 steps away and I take the longer route for more steps 

Today... I got lost.  No idea how I managed ... I was completely and utterly confused.  All the corridors are bright blue with wooden doors.  I was walking 'towards' my office and I passed a door which said kitchen... Wrong place ...

When I got to the swing doors I had no idea where I was, but I turned round and there was Andy from next door across the road ... At home.. not the office 

Andy ... I'm lost.    He says. What you doing here.  And I said I started work on Tuesday.   He actually works in the office next door to mine: so he was able to wander me back through the maze and back to my door. 

Si had a very productive day 

In the morning  he was up at the allotment helping put a new cover on a communal poly tunnel ... And removing the dead mice from our poly tunnel...

Since we laid traps four weeks ago we have caught about 16   at least 

This afternoon he completed installation of a new sink unit in the loo.  Look how beautiful it is ... He is so clever ....  I'm going to keep him
