Trees in Fairmilehead Park with a blue sky.
Not an April fool, a lovely day from the off. I have worn the ECG monitor for over 24 hours, so I can take it off and package it up in the envelope provided. A shame I have to work. The windows are open, and the curtains drawn a bit On the morning walk I try to take some photos of Fife, but there is haze and heat haze. The result is a photo wobbly and out of focus.
A short afternoon at work as I have another hospital appointment. I have to hand the ECG monitor at least 1/2 before the appointment. But I only lose 1 hour of work. The buses don't quite link up like they did yesterday, the bus I get is packed, but get there in plenty of time. I have a coffee, and a wee walk on the Wellness Walk. Then go to my medical appointment, which is an echocardiogram. It uses ultrasound to create an image of the heart, the structure, function and blood flow. Thankfully, no obvious issues with my heart.
Buses home do link up. To up my steps, I walk around the park as there is a lovely blue sky with hardly a cloud in the sky. The photo above proves it.
